11-14yrs REP PREP PROGRAM - WEEK 1 - SEP/OCT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

The REP PREP PROGRAM is for aspiring players eager to take their skill and knowledge  to the next level of their development. 

Learning and perfecting netball specific skills and game knowledge is crucial for improving player development, and boosting player confidence. 

Our program is tailored to the individual needs of each player with specialist coaching in a small group environment. 

The 11-14 years program is an intensive 90 minute, three session program focussing on the five vital elements - Movement & Footwork, Ball Skills, Attacking & Defensive Skills and Tactical Skills.
