SHIPPING INFORMATION

We endeavour to process all orders within 24 - 48 hours of when they are placed.

If you require a change or cancellation on your order, please contact us within two hours and we will make the changes as long as your order has not been shipped.

ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping - (two - seven business days*) - $10.00
Express shipping - (one - three business days*) - $15.00

Free standard shipping when you spend $160 or more!

*During busy periods, delivery times may be longer than approximated above.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer an international shipping rate of $20.00 AUD.
International shipping is free for any orders over $200.00 AUD.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but are usually between seven - fifteen business days.

If your package has not reached you within seventeen business days, please feel free to contact us to follow up.

As we use external shipping companies, SB Netball cannot be made responsible for any lost orders.

CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)

SB Netball cannot advise on whether or not you will or will not be charged custom or import duties. These charges are made once the order arrives in the country of destination. SB Netball cannot be made liable for any custom taxes or duties, and any such taxes or duties must be paid by the recipient.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • While we post orders within 24 - 48 hours of them being placed, delivery times may take longer in busier periods or due to customs, if ordering internationally.
  • Confirm you have entered the correct address when checking out. If packages are not received by the recipient, or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the recipient / purchaser will be responsible for repeat shipping costs.
  • If we confirm your order has shipped, yet you don't receive it in a timely manner, please contact Australia Post for information before us, as they are in the best position to provide you an update.
